The author's revision of his Illustrations of Hogarth (London: Nichols, 1816), consisting of an annotated copy of the printed text, with manuscript interleavings. Ferrers corrects errors and adds information "from passages in authors [Hogarth] never read and could not understand," evidently in preparation for the second edition, published as Clavis Hogarthiana... (London, 1817).
